Holiday rental management
A boutique, family-run rental service for a small number of villas in our part of Mallorca.
We cover the Raiguer region in central Mallorca, where the Tramuntana foothills meet the island's olive groves and vineyards. The villages we work in include Campanet, Binissalem, Selva, Alaró, and others nearby.
WHAT WE DO
The offering, in plain terms
We take full responsibility for the rental of your villa, from the first guest enquiry to the moment the keys are returned, and for everything that happens in between.
- Listings and pricing across Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and direct enquiries
- Guest communication from first message to post-stay review, in English and Spanish
- Arrival coordination, check-in, and in-stay support
- Housekeeping, turnover cleans, and linen
- Maintenance and repair coordination
- Garden and pool care, year round
- Monthly owner statement and clear bookkeeping
- ETV compliance, eco tax, and year-end tax support (ETV licence must already be in place)

OUR POSITION
Our quality standard
We handle the property management for every villa whose rentals we manage. This ensures consistent standards for guests, and prevents the issues that arise when maintenance and rentals are split between providers.
If a cleaner hasn't arrived or a repair has been missed, the responsibility sits squarely with us. There is no third party to blame and no one else for a guest to call. We think this is the only honest way to run a rental business, and it is the single biggest reason guests return.

Tell us about your villa.
A short note about your home, where it is, and how you'd like it looked after. We reply personally, usually within a few hours.
We manage rentals for villas that already hold a Balearic tourist licence (ETV). If you do not yet have one, your gestor can advise.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

We also offer a standalone property management service for a small number of owners each year, across the same villages we cover for rentals.
