THE SETTING
Campanet is a small Mallorcan village on the northern edge of the Raiguer plain, where the land begins to lift toward the Tramuntana mountains. The square, the cafés, the bakery, the church: all are a few minutes from the door. Inca and its weekly market lie a short drive south; Pollença and the north-coast beaches are roughly half an hour away.
THE HOUSE
A two-bedroom townhouse arranged over two floors, refurbished with quiet, contemporary materials. Two double bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a separate living and dining room, and a kitchen equipped for cooking properly. Wifi throughout, air conditioning, and a single futon for a fifth guest when needed.
THE GARDEN
The garden is fenced and faces the sun, with the pool at its centre and a barbecue and outdoor dining area to one side. Two terraces look out over the village rooftops and the country beyond. It is the kind of garden that takes hold of the day quietly, from breakfast on the upper terrace to a long lunch under the shade.
