A boutique, family-run property management service in the Tramuntana foothills, for a small number of homes each year.
We cover the Raiguer region in central Mallorca, where the Tramuntana foothills meet the island's olive groves and vineyards. The villages we work in include Campanet, Binissalem, Selva, Alaró, and others nearby.
WHAT WE DO
The offering, in plain terms
Year-round care of your home, so it's ready when you arrive and safe when you're away.
- Regular property checks while you are away, with a short monthly note and photos
- Cleaning scheduled around your visits
- Arrival preparation before you arrive (fridge stocked, beds made, air conditioning on)
- Garden and pool care
- Maintenance and repair coordination, with a trusted network of local suppliers
- Utilities, local tax, and bill management
- A local point of contact on the end of a phone
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
The same team, the same standard
Every home in our care is looked after by the same team, to the same standard. There is no separate property-only tier of service.
We are experienced, locally based, and on the island year round. If something happens at the house, someone goes to the house. We work with a network of suppliers built over years, and we know who to call for what. You receive a short monthly note on the condition of your home, with photos, and a person on the end of the phone when you need one.
It is the same hands-on, personal service our rental owners rely on, applied to homes that are not rented out.

HOW WE TAKE ON NEW HOMES

We take on a small number of property-only clients each year. Our focus is the holiday rental side of the business, and we only take on standalone property management where we can do it properly, particularly for homes in Campanet, Binissalem, Selva, Alaró and the nearby villages of the Raiguer.
